SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS
• Tuition fees are fully covered during the study period through Chancen’s Income Share Agreement (ISA).
• Graduates repay a portion of their income only after they start earning post-graduation.
• Access to ISA workshops and support for career readiness.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. Diploma of Education in Child Development
• Applicants who completed secondary education before 2024: A2 Certificate with two principal passes in any option.
• Applicants who completed secondary education from 2024: Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education in any option.
• Applicants educated outside Rwanda must provide equivalency documentation.
2. Bachelor of Business Administration in Monitoring and Evaluation
• Applicants who completed secondary education before 2024: A2 Certificate with two principal passes in specific streams (Accounting, Mathematics-Physics-Geography, Mathematics-Economics-Geography, Mathematics-Computer Science-Economics, Mathematics-Physics-Computer Science, Mathematics-Chemistry-Biology, Science and Mathematics Education, HEG, HEL, or any TVET with Mathematics).
• Applicants who completed secondary education from 2024: Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education in one of the listed options.
3. Advanced Diploma in General Nursing and Advanced Diploma in Midwifery
• A2 Certificate in combinations such as MCB, PCB, BCG, or Associate Nursing Practice (ANP).
• Must have grades A, B, C, or D in Biology and Chemistry.
• No failing grades in Mathematics, Physics, or Geography (for pre-2024 graduates).
• Post-2024 graduates: grades A–E in Biology and Chemistry.
• A2 Nurses must also hold a Licence of Practice.
• Applicants educated outside Rwanda must provide equivalency documentation.
4. Postgraduate Diploma in Theology
• Bachelor’s degree in a non-Theological domain.
• Applicants educated outside Rwanda must provide equivalency documentation.
