Are you passionate about cooking and dreaming of becoming a professional in the Culinary Arts field? This is a great opportunity for you! Kigali Excellent Tourism and Hospitality Academy (KETHA), in partnership with the Rwanda TVET Board, is happy to announce the start of a six-month short course in Culinary Arts. The program will include classroom lessons and practical training (internship) in a real hotel setting. The course is completely sponsored by the Government of Rwanda, so students will not pay any fees. Classes will take place five days a week, from Monday to Friday, during regular school hours.

KETHA is a well-known academy located in Kicukiro Sector, Gasharu Cell, Sakirwa Village, just north of Rwanda. It offers professional training in tourism and hospitality. With the aim of helping youth gain hands-on skills for employment, KETHA is offering this short-term program to equip participants with the practical knowledge they need to succeed in the job market. The school is proud to support young people, especially girls, in achieving their career goals in a fast-growing industry. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
To apply for this program, applicants must meet the following conditions:

1. Be a Rwandan citizen with a valid national ID
2. Be aged between 16 and 30 years old
3. Not be currently enrolled in similar programs (SDF, NEET, or NEP)
4. Be a resident of Kigali or have a place to stay after school hours, as the academy does not offer accommodation

AVAILABLE PROGRAMS:
• Short Course in Culinary Arts (6 months)
Includes both school-based training and hotel internship

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• A copy of your national ID card
• Proof of your most recent educational level (e.g., leaving certificate, school report, etc.)
