This initiative is part of the Skills Development Fund (SDF) program, a joint effort by EAUR and RTB to promote vocational education and training in Rwanda. SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS:

• Full sponsorship covering tuition and training materials.
• Hands-on practical training in selected fields.
• Certification recognized by the Rwanda TVET Board (RTB).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Must have completed at least Senior 3 (S3).
• Aged between 16 and 30 years.
• Not currently enrolled in any formal education (short courses, secondary, or university).
• Should not be registered in more than one program.
• First-time beneficiary of the Skills Development Fund (SDF) programs.

AVAILABLE PROGRAMS:

1. Videography
• Dual Training (DT) program with face-to-face classes.
2. Culinary Arts
• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment and certification.
3. Warehouse Management

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• National ID or valid identification document.
• Proof of education level (certificate or transcript).

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

2. Ensure all required fields are completed accurately.
3. For Culinary Arts or Warehouse Management applicants, indicate your work experience in the form and send supporting documents to drci@eaur.ac.rw.
4. Submit the form and await further communication regarding the selection process.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Applicants who have previously benefited from SDF programs are not eligible.
• For Culinary Arts and Warehouse Management, the program focuses on assessing existing skills rather than teaching new ones.
