ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• Be an admitted first-time-in-college (FTIC) student entering Fall 2026.
• Submit a complete freshman admission application with the required fee or waiver.
• Send official SAT, ACT, or CLT test scores directly to FIU in time for consideration.
• Be a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident, international student with an F-1 visa, or an eligible non-citizen.
• No separate scholarship application required, consideration is automatic.
• For National Merit Finalists: list FIU as first choice with the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.
