SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS
• Full Scholarships for refugees in Rwanda and students with disabilities who pass the admissions tests.
• Financial Aid for Rwandan applicants who meet the Income Share Agreements’ requirements, allowing them to pay after securing employment.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must:
• Have at least two principal passes in the National Examination or equivalent for foreign students.
• Present secondary/high school scores for S4, S5, and S6 with an average of 60% or above.
• Pass entry examinations in English, Cognitive Skills, and Critical Thinking with a minimum score of 60%.
• Show commitment to pay tuition upfront or through the student loan program.
• Possess a valid national/refugee ID or passport (plus a police clearance letter for international students).
• Demonstrate leadership skills, strong English proficiency, and interest in the chosen program.

AVAILABLE PROGRAMS
1. Bachelor of Arts in Project Management – Equips students with competencies in project initiation, planning, and execution. Graduates can work as operations managers, project coordinators, logistics leaders, office managers, business analysts, and more.
2. Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics – Prepares students to collect, organize, and interpret data for business decision-making, utilizing modern tools and technologies, including AI.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• Secondary/high school academic transcripts for S4, S5, and S6.
• National examination results with at least two principal passes.
• Valid national/refugee ID or passport.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1. Complete the online application through the application link at the bottom
2. Upload all required documents and submit your motivation responses.
3. Take and pass the entry examinations (English, Cognitive Skills, and Critical Thinking).
4. If accepted, pay the annual registration fee of 50,000 Rwf to secure your spot.
5. Finalize tuition payment or set up a repayment plan under the Income Share Agreement.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Annual tuition: 2,500,000 Rwf (covers modules, graduation/diploma fees, academic support, internet, student services, and events).
• Financial aid: Available for Rwandan applicants who meet the income-based criteria.
