ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Be Rwandan by nationality
• Be aged 35 years or below
• Hold a secondary school certificate in Commerce and Accounting, Economics, Sociology, History, Geography, or another related field
• Possession of an A0 level diploma in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Management will be an added advantage
• Have at least 2 years of experience in microfinance (asset)
• Hold a driving licence category A (asset)
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Be fluent in Kinyarwanda, French, or English
• Reside in the Matimba – Musheri zone (asset)

AVAILABLE POSITION
Position Title: Loan Officer
Location: Nyagatare Branch – Matimba, Musheri Zone
Reports to: Managing Director

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage loan applications and evaluate clients’ creditworthiness
• Conduct client visits and monitor loan performance
• Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions
• Support clients in understanding loan terms and repayment plans
• Promote RIM Plc financial products within the community
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
• Contribute to branch growth and client satisfaction
