Rwanda Polytechnic has officially released the admission results for applicants who applied for Year One, Academic Year 2025–2026 Second Intake. All applicants can now check their admission status through the online portal by entering their application number.

APPEAL PROCESS
Applicants who wish to appeal the admission decision may submit their appeal through the same online portal.
• Deadline for appeal submission: 1st December 2025

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ADMITTED STUDENTS
1. Registration Period
Registration will take place from 22nd December 2025 to 11th January 2026. The entire registration process is conducted online via: (https://mis.rp.ac.rw/)
All admitted students must complete registration within this timeframe.

2. Start of Academic Year
Academic activities will officially begin on 5th January 2026. All admitted students are expected to report to their respective colleges no later than 4th January 2026.
