ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the agriculture sector in Rwanda.
• Must be based in Bugesera District.
• Must be fluent in English and Kinyarwanda.

Position: Agriculture Farm Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and supervise agricultural land to ensure optimal use, productivity, and sustainability.
• Conduct and support agricultural assessments, evaluations, and field-based research.
• Provide technical advice on crop production, soil management, irrigation, and sustainable land-use practices.
• Develop, review, and implement agriculture and land management plans in line with company objectives.
• Collect and analyze agricultural data to guide land development and investment decisions.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with local farmers, cooperatives, agronomists, and local authorities.
• Stay informed on new trends, technologies, and best practices in agriculture within Rwanda.
