ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
• Agricultural Engineering
• Agricultural Mechanization
• Farm Power Engineering
• Possess at least two (2) years of relevant teaching experience
• Have a minimum of one (1) year of industrial exposure in a related field
• Proven industrial working experience of at least six (6) months
• Academic transcript or degree showing at least a Second-Class Upper Division
• Ability to work effectively within the TVET system

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Teach and train students in their area of specialization
• Conduct practical sessions, including planning and preparation
• Assist students in portfolio development
• Supervise student innovation projects
• Conduct practical examinations and assessments
• Assist students while performing tasks in workshops
• Prepare and maintain an inclusive and safe workshop environment
• Conduct training needs assessments in line with the curriculum
• Provide technical advice to the institution
• Participate in community outreach activities
• Engage in professional and personal development programs
• Participate in income-generating activities of the institution
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors
