INES-Ruhengeri, short for the Institut d'Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri, is a private university located in Musanze, Rwanda. 1. Having passed senior six examinations with at least 40 marks out of 60 in science-related courses and meeting entry requirements,
2. Being Muslim by faith or from another religion,
3. Being born into a poor family,
4. Being female is an advantage,
5. Be aged less or equal to 22 years
