The MTN Global Graduate Development Programme aims to source, develop, and accelerate top graduates across MTN’s footprint in Africa and the Middle East. The programme combines formal learning through the MTN Academy with practical, on-the-job training, mentoring, coaching, job rotation, and interaction with senior leadership. Successful candidates will benefit from international exposure and structured career development opportunities.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

·        Aged between 21 and 26 years

·        Hold work rights in Rwanda

·        Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor’s Honours Degree with at least 65%

·        Have completed studies in relevant disciplines

·        Less than 25 months of full-time work experience

·        Demonstrate strong behavioral and technical competencies

Relevant fields of study include:

·        Information Technology

·        Business Intelligence (BI)

·        Statistics

·        Marketing

·        Accounting

·        Analytical and Digital-related disciplines

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected graduates will:

·        Participate in structured training and development through MTN Academy

·        Work in strategically aligned roles within MTN Rwanda

·        Engage in job rotations to gain practical experience

·        Contribute to business and community development initiatives

·        Collaborate with teams and learn through mentorship and coaching

·        Interact with senior leadership and executive teams

·        Support projects related to telecommunications, data analysis, and digital innovation
