DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities vary by role but may include:

·       Technical & Production Roles: Preventive maintenance, quality assurance, inventory control, equipment management, and regulatory compliance.

·       Warehouse & Logistics Roles: Stock management, FIFO/FEFO compliance, dispatch coordination, and food safety adherence.

·       HR & Administration Roles: Recruitment, performance management, culture building, compliance with Rwanda Labour Law, office coordination, and employee relations.

·       Finance Roles: Financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, financial modeling, and investment analysis.

·       Commercial Roles: Sales execution, customer relationship management, brand representation, and revenue growth.

·       Strategic & Investment Roles: Strategy development, financial modeling, deal execution, portfolio support, and CEO-level project management.
