King’s College London (KCL) is pleased to announce the 2026 Sanctuary Scholarship, inviting applications from individuals whose lives have been disrupted by conflict or persecution. This scholarship aims to provide a safe, supportive, and world-class academic environment, ensuring that displaced scholars can continue their educational journey without financial or systemic barriers. SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS

·       Full Tuition Fee Waiver: Covers 100% of tuition costs for the duration of the program.

·       Living Stipend: Up to £20,000 to support living expenses in London.

·       Bespoke Academic and Personal Support: Tailored guidance and resources based on individual needs assessments.

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       Educational Plan: Must apply to an in-person, one-year undergraduate or postgraduate program at KCL starting September 2026.

·       Qualifying Status: Open to asylum seekers, individuals holding limited leave to remain due to an asylum claim, or those displaced by conflict.

·       Location: Applicants can be located inside or outside the UK.

·       Academic Merit: Must meet standard admission requirements for the chosen KCL program.

·       Maintenance of Status: Must retain eligible immigration status throughout the study period.

 

AVAILABLE PROGRAMS

·       One-year Undergraduate Programs at KCL

·       One-year Postgraduate Programs at KCL

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

·       Completed KCL course application confirmation

·       Sanctuary Scholarship Application Form 2026/27

·       Supporting immigration or displacement evidence (asylum papers, limited leave documentation, or equivalent)

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

1.     Apply for a Course: Submit an application to an eligible one-year program at KCL via the standard admissions process.

2.     Complete Scholarship Form: Access and complete the “Sanctuary Scholarship Application Form 2026/27.”

3.     Submit Supporting Documents: Email all relevant evidence as outlined on the scholarship page.

4.     Accept Offer: If successful, accept your offer within 10 days.

5.     Data Sharing: Information provided may be shared with relevant KCL departments to provide tailored support.
