This opportunity is designed for ambitious young African professionals seeking to gain in-demand skills through flexible, online graduate certificate programs. Arizona State University delivers the program in collaboration with the Mastercard Foundation. It aims to equip participants with practical knowledge in key business fields while fostering leadership, innovation, and community impact across Africa.

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS

The scholarship offers a comprehensive support package, including:

·       Full tuition coverage for an ASU graduate certificate

·       Flexible, part-time online learning format

·       Personalized 1:1 coaching and mentorship

·       Opportunity to gain industry-relevant, in-demand skills

Additionally:

·       Selected participants who successfully complete the certificate program will be automatically considered for a fully funded online master’s degree in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Leadership Management, or Business Analytics

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

·       Be a citizen of an African country

·       Be aged between 18 and 33 years by the application deadline

·       Demonstrate commitment to ethical leadership and community engagement

·       Show a strong record of leadership and service

·       Exhibit academic excellence despite financial constraints

·       Hold an undergraduate degree (to be completed by July 2026)

·       Not be currently enrolled in or have previously completed a master’s degree
