ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for the Macquarie University Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

·       Required Language: English

·       Eligible Countries: All countries except Australia and New Zealand

·       Meet academic and English requirements for a bachelor’s or postgraduate coursework degree

·       Minimum ATAR equivalent of 85 (undergraduate applicants)

·       Minimum WAM equivalent of 65 (postgraduate applicants)

·       Must be accepted into a program starting in 2026 or 2027

·       Must enroll and begin studies as stated in the Letter of Offer (no deferrals allowed)

·       Must comply with the university’s academic progression policies

·       This scholarship is for on-campus study only

Not Eligible If:

·       You are a citizen or permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand

·       You are enrolled in Macquarie University International College

·       You are already receiving another Macquarie University scholarship

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

To apply for the Macquarie University International Scholarship, follow these steps:

Step 1:
Complete an online application for your chosen course at Macquarie University. After submission, you will receive a student number.

Step 2:
Complete the online scholarship application form and enter “VCIS” in the Scholarship Name field.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
