The company plays a vital role in distributing compressed natural gas (CNG) across Rwanda, promoting cleaner energy solutions and reducing environmental pollution.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field

·       Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a large organization (50+ employees)

·       Must reside in Karongi District (preference given to current residents)

·       Fluency in English

·       Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent communication and customer service abilities

·       Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

·       IT Technician (1 Position)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, and network devices

·       Install, update, and maintain operating systems and applications

·       Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

·       Provide technical support to users (in-person, phone, or email)

·       Monitor and maintain network performance and security

·       Perform regular data backups and ensure recovery systems are functional

·       Conduct preventive maintenance and system checks

·       Manage IT inventory including hardware and software assets

·       Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting steps

·       Perform any other related duties as assigned
