ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       Relevant academic qualifications in the respective field (Finance, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Micro Banking Assistant Manager

·       Drive customer acquisition, retention, and income generation

·       Manage relationships with micro-segment clients (youth, women, agriculture, SMEs)

·       Promote digital banking solutions and financial inclusion

2. Data Center Engineer

·       Design, install, and maintain data center infrastructure

·       Manage power systems, cooling systems, UPS, and generators

·       Ensure high availability and reliability of IT infrastructure

3. IT Governance Officer

• Develop and implement IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO standards)
• Manage IT risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate audits and ensure alignment with business objectives

4. Application Support Senior Officer

·       Provide technical support for core banking systems

·       Monitor system performance and manage End-of-Day (EOD) processes

·       Resolve application issues and coordinate with vendors

5. Senior Database Administrator

·       Manage database design, performance, and security

·       Ensure data integrity, availability, and compliance

·       Optimize database systems supporting banking operations
