DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Prepare and maintain records of fixed and non-fixed assets

·       Organize annual maintenance of assets

·       Conduct annual inventory of institutional assets

·       Manage Province stores and stock

·       Oversee asset acquisition and control

·       Manage fleet, transport, and operational financial support documents

·       Handle documentation and archives of the Province
