ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management, or related field

·       Minimum of 5 years’ experience in transport operations and management

·       At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience

·       Strong knowledge of transport company operations and functions

·       Fluent in English, Kinyarwanda, and French

·       Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

·       Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Access is an advantage)

·       Good understanding of employment laws and employee relations

·       High level of confidentiality and professionalism

·       Ability to work anywhere in Rwanda

AVAILABLE POSITION

·       Operations Manager (1 position)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Assist the Chief Transport Operations Officer in managing transport operations

·       Oversee daily operations and report performance updates

·       Handle passenger and customer complaints professionally

·       Maintain continuous communication with drivers as required

·       Review transport documentation (driver logs, trip reports, invoices)

·       Develop and implement SOPs, asset management, and maintenance systems

·       Manage bus deployment across different routes

·       Coordinate with the CFO to ensure daily cash remittance and banking

·       Supervise the use of POS machines by booking clerks

·       Manage driver deployment and replacements

·       Support revenue targets and operational budget control
