The Finance Business Partnering Manager will serve as a strategic finance partner within the organization, supporting key business portfolios such as Commercial, Operations, Technical, Ground Services, and Corporate functions. Based at Kigali International Airport and reporting to the Director of Finance Business Partnering, the role focuses on financial planning, performance management, investment governance, and driving value creation. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

·       Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent

·       Minimum of 6 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), finance business partnering, or commercial/operational finance

·       Experience in aviation, transport, logistics, or similar industries is an added advantage

·       Strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

·       Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

·       Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and initiatives

·       Analyse financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions

·       Develop business cases and evaluate investment opportunities

·       Drive cost management, efficiency improvements, and profitability

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Legal, and Commercial

·       Prepare management reports and present insights to senior leadership

·       Ensure financial controls, compliance, and governance standards are maintained

·       Support contract reviews, negotiations, and risk assessment

·       Mentor and develop finance team members and support talent development
