ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

·       Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, agriculture, or related fields (depending on role)

·       Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, administration, or operations (role-dependent)

·       Strong organizational and reporting skills

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

·       Knowledge of inventory systems or ERP systems (for relevant roles)

·       High level of responsibility, accuracy, and accountability

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Farm Administration Lead

·       Oversee farm administrative operations

·       Manage communication, scheduling, and reporting

·       Support coordination between operational teams

·       Ensure accurate record-keeping and office management

Warehousing Manager

·       Manage all warehouse operations (feed, fish, fuel, spare parts, supplies)

·       Oversee inventory control and ERP systems

·       Ensure efficient storage and distribution processes

·       Manage both cold chain and non-perishable goods

Farm Warehousing Supervisor

·       Supervise warehousing operations at Kagano site

·       Manage stock of feed, consumables, and fish dispatch

·       Lead warehouse teams and foremen

·       Ensure proper inventory control and reporting

Fuel Storage Foreman

·       Manage fuel storage and distribution operations

·       Ensure accurate fuel tracking and accountability

·       Enforce safety standards in fuel handling

·       Maintain operational fuel supply continuity

In-bound Logistics Supervisor

·       Manage importation and customs clearance processes

·       Coordinate inbound logistics and shipment tracking

·       Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

·       Resolve delays and manage logistics documentation
