ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

For Admin Clerk / Receptionist / Cashier

Applicants must possess:

·       A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Communication Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

·       Strong communication and administrative skills

·       Professionalism and customer service abilities

·       Previous experience in the medical industry is an added advantage

For Laboratory Technologists

Applicants must possess:

·       A Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized university

·       Valid registration with the Rwanda Allied Health Professions Council

·       One to two years of relevant professional experience

·       Practical knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and diagnostic instruments

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Admin Clerk / Receptionist / Cashier

·       Welcome and assist patients professionally

·       Manage front desk and administrative operations

·       Ensure accurate handling of records and documentation

·       Support service delivery within required timelines

Laboratory Technologists

·       Collect, prepare, and process patient samples

·       Perform laboratory diagnostic tests

·       Operate and maintain laboratory equipment

·       Ensure quality control and proper documentation

·       Record and report laboratory results accurately

·       Follow safety, confidentiality, and ISO 15189 standards

·       Collaborate with healthcare professionals for efficient workflow
