As part of its mission to support sustainable and smart mobility, Ecofleet Solutions Ltd is seeking qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of Corridor Fleet Officer (Talent Pool). The successful candidate will contribute to efficient corridor operations, fleet monitoring, passenger flow management, service quality assurance, and operational coordination across Kigali’s public transport network.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:

o Transport Management

o Logistics

o Business Administration

o Operations Management

o Or a related field

Experience

· Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in:

o Operations

o Dispatching

o Logistics coordination

o Customer service operations

o Or related fast-paced environments

Required Skills and Competencies

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure and make timely operational decisions

· Strong leadership and coordination abilities

· High integrity and accountability

· Problem-solving and incident management skills

· Attention to detail in monitoring and reporting

· Basic computer literacy

· Familiarity with scheduling systems and fleet-tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in transport or mobility operations
Knowledge of GPS/fleet-tracking systems
Understanding of fraud prevention and operational compliance
Experience supervising teams or coordinating field staff

Corridor Fleet Officer (Talent Pool)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

· Monitoring passenger waiting times and bus headways

· Dispatching buses according to schedules and passenger demand

· Coordinating volunteers and support staff at terminals

· Ensuring buses are clean, safe, and ready before dispatch

· Supervising driver discipline and operational compliance

· Monitoring fleet deployment and operational efficiency

· Detecting and reporting fare evasion, fraud, and revenue theft

· Using GPS and tracking systems to monitor fleet movement

· Recording and reporting delays, breakdowns, incidents, and misconduct

· Coordinating with maintenance and depot teams for repairs and replacement buses

· Implementing operational adjustments during disruptions or peak hours

· Maintaining operational records and deployment logs

· Preparing daily and periodic operational reports

· Supporting teamwork and smooth corridor operations
