ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet one of the following qualifications and experience requirements:

·       Master’s Degree in relevant ICT fields + 1–3 years experience (depending on role)

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Software Engineering / ICT + 3–5 years experience

·       Strong knowledge of computer systems, programming, databases, or system administration depending on position

·       Ability to work in high-performance and secure ICT environments

Additional requirements:

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Good communication in English (Kinyarwanda required for some roles)

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. System Administrator

·       Install, configure, and maintain servers and infrastructure

·       Manage system performance, backups, and disaster recovery

·       Ensure system security, updates, and access control

·       Support system integration and troubleshooting

·       Maintain documentation and infrastructure standards

2. Database Administrator

·       Design and manage database structures

·       Optimize performance and ensure data integrity

·       Implement backup and disaster recovery systems

·       Manage security, access control, and database standards

·       Support development teams with database solutions

3. Software Developer

·       Design, develop, and maintain software systems

·       Write clean and efficient code

·       Develop APIs and system integrations

·       Perform testing, debugging, and optimization

·       Maintain version control and system documentation
