ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Procurement Assistant

·       Higher level of education in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing sector

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English

·       Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems

·       Skills in supplier relationship management and data reporting

·       Experience in international business operations is an added advantage

Procurement Team Leader

·       Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

·       Master’s degree is an added advantage

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing sector

·       Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

·       Experience with sourcing, supplier management, and procurement best practices

·       Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems; Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is an advantage

·       Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively

·       Experience operating in an international business environment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement Assistant

• Process quotations and orders using Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Prepare quotations in Excel formats and client portals
• Liaise with customers regarding quotations and inquiries
• Request and follow up supplier pricing
• Track quotations and maintain supplier relationships
• Communicate within the ship supply team
• Prepare activity reports and perform related duties

Procurement Team Leader

·       Lead and manage the Ship Supply Procurement Team

·       Coordinate communication between Rwanda and Malta procurement teams

·       Delegate tasks and monitor team performance

·       Participate in strategic planning and operational improvement activities

·       Manage supplier relationships and procurement contracts

·       Negotiate pricing and rebate schemes with suppliers

·       Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

·       Prepare procurement reports and support operational efficiency initiatives
