Applicants must meet the following general requirements:

·       Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, IT, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields

·       Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are an added advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Analytics Manager

·       Lead development of databases, dashboards, and data warehouses

·       Automate data updates from ERP, Finacle, and other systems

·       Develop predictive analytics and performance dashboards

·       Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

·       Generate insights on customer behavior and business performance

·       Collaborate with IT and leadership teams on reporting systems

·       Design KPI dashboards and reconciliation systems

Business Analytics Assistant Manager

·       Develop dashboards and scorecards for performance monitoring

·       Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data

·       Support data automation and workflow improvements

·       Manage reconciliation dashboards and reporting systems

·       Support budgeting and planning processes

·       Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Finance teams

Finance Manager – Payables, Receivables & Fixed Asset

·       Oversee supplier invoices, receivables, and expense management

·       Manage fixed assets, capitalization, and depreciation processes

·       Supervise reconciliations and month-end closing activities

·       Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and internal policies

·       Support audits and maintain strong financial controls

·       Lead and develop operational finance teams

·       Prepare management reports and financial analysis
