These opportunities include a General Services Manager role focused on facilities and operational support, and two Sales Representative positions focused on market development, customer engagement, and sales execution.

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

General Requirements (All Positions)

·       Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Management, HRM, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related)

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to work in multicultural and fast-paced environments

·       High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail

·       Ability to work with minimal supervision

General Services Manager

·       1–3 years of experience in administration or related functions

·       Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills

·       Experience in facilities or office management is an advantage

Sales Representatives (2 Positions)

·       Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial or FMCG sales

·       Valid Rwandan driving license

·       Strong negotiation and selling skills

·       Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda (French is an advantage)

·       General Services Manager (1 Position)

·       Sales Representatives (2 Positions)

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General Services Manager

·       Manage office facilities, canteen, reception, and company housing

·       Supervise cleaning, gardening, and subcontractor performance

·       Oversee office assets, tools, and administrative services

·       Manage office budgets and cost control

·       Coordinate employee events, onboarding logistics, and workspace arrangements

·       Ensure compliance with company facility standards and policies

·       Supervise reception services and visitor management

Sales Representatives

·       Develop and execute sales strategies in assigned territories

·       Identify new market opportunities and growth channels

·       Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels

·       Execute promotions, merchandising, and outlet activation strategies

·       Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

·       Ensure compliance with pricing, visibility, and promotional standards

·       Strengthen customer-centric practices and distributor relationships

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

·       Valid driving license (for Sales Representatives)

·       Any relevant professional certificates (if available)
