RSSB is strengthening its EjoHeza Long-Term Savings Scheme to expand social protection coverage, improve member experience, enhance savings growth, and leverage data for better decision-making. These roles are critical in advancing financial inclusion and social security across Rwanda. Available positions focus on coverage expansion, registration, savings operations, product innovation, and leadership of strategic EjoHeza functions.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

General Requirements

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (Finance, Economics, Business, Data, Public Policy, Statistics, etc.)

·       Strong analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities (depending on role)

·       Experience in financial services, digital systems, or social protection programs

·       Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to work in a data-driven and fast-paced environment

Leadership Roles

·       Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience

·       At least 2–3 years in supervisory or leadership positions

·       Proven experience in strategy, operations, or product/program management

Officer Roles

·       Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience

·       Experience in financial operations, reconciliation, or digital systems is an advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manager, Coverage Expansion & Social Security Products

·       Design and implement strategies to expand social security coverage

·       Lead development of innovative products and flexible contribution models

·       Build strategic partnerships with fintechs, banks, employers, and cooperatives

·       Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives

·       Use data analytics to improve product performance and customer growth

·       Ensure compliance and operational excellence in product delivery

Senior Officer, Registration (EjoHeza)

·       Manage member onboarding and registration processes

·       Ensure high-quality and accurate member data

·       Monitor digital registration channels and reporting systems

·       Supervise registration officers and ensure process efficiency

·       Support BI reporting and data integrity across systems

Senior Officer, Savings (EjoHeza)

·       Manage contribution processing across multiple channels

·       Perform reconciliation of financial and savings records

·       Monitor unallocated funds and resolve exceptions

·       Support savings growth campaigns and CVM initiatives

·       Ensure accurate financial reporting and audit readiness

·       Supervise savings officers and ensure operational control

Lead, Registration & Savings (EjoHeza)

·       Oversee registration and savings operations strategy

·       Manage team performance and operational execution

·       Ensure data quality, reconciliation standards, and system integrity

·       Drive customer acquisition and savings activation strategies

·       Develop CVM campaigns and performance dashboards

·       Coordinate with partners, IT, finance, and communications teams

·       Improve end-to-end member lifecycle processes
