ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

General Requirements

·       Diploma, Degree, Certificate, or related qualification (depending on role)

·       Strong communication and teamwork skills

·       Ability to work independently and meet targets

·       Willingness to work in field-based environments

·       Basic computer literacy (for reporting and coordination)

Experience Requirements

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Sales role

·       Solar Technician experience is an added advantage

·       Strong knowledge of renewable energy or electrical systems is preferred

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

·       Solar Sales & Business Development Officer (1 Position)

·       Solar Technician (1 Position)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Solar Sales & Business Development Officer

·       Identify and develop solar project opportunities

·       Build relationships with clients (government, schools, hotels, companies)

·       Conduct market research and customer visits

·       Promote solar energy products and services

·       Follow up on project leads and support negotiations

·       Coordinate with technical teams for project execution

·       Prepare quotations, proposals, and reports

Solar Technician

·       Install and commission solar PV systems (panels, inverters, batteries)

·       Conduct maintenance and system inspections

·       Diagnose and repair electrical faults

·       Perform site assessments and safety checks

·       Ensure compliance with electrical standards

·       Train clients on system usage and safety

·       Maintain installation and maintenance records

·       Collaborate with engineers and project teams
