ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Senior Manager – Reporting

Applicants must possess:

·       A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

·       Professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA.

·       At least five (5) years of relevant experience in banking or finance in a similar role.

·       Strong knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

·       Proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting software.

·       Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

·       Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

IT & Digital Transformation Risk Manager

Applicants must possess:

·       A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

·       Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.

·       A Master's degree will be an added advantage.

·       Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in ICT risk management, technology risk, information security, IT audit, operational risk, or change risk within the financial services sector.

·       Strong understanding of ICT governance and security frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and ITIL.

·       Excellent analytical, risk assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Manager – Reporting

·       Prepare and deliver daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

·       Analyze income, expenses, balance sheet movements, and key financial performance indicators.

·       Prepare management accounts, board reports, and presentations.

·       Coordinate statutory reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

·       Support external audits and resolve audit-related queries.

·       Generate ALCO and market reports to support treasury and risk management decisions.

·       Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

IT & Digital Transformation Risk Manager

·       Assess and monitor ICT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation risks.

·       Review technology controls and ICT governance frameworks.

·       Provide oversight for digital banking, fintech partnerships, cloud platforms, APIs, and innovation initiatives.

·       Evaluate risks associated with new products, services, and emerging technologies.

·       Monitor ICT resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity arrangements.

·       Support regulatory examinations, audits, and risk reviews.

·       Promote awareness of technology and digital transformation risks across the bank.
