The company is currently recruiting two (2) Recovery Officers to support its motorcycle credit operations. The role focuses on customer credit follow-up, recovery of motorcycles from defaulters, and ensuring timely repayments and compliance with payment obligations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

·       Diploma in Marketing or a related field (with recovery experience preferred)

·       2 to 3 years of relevant work experience

·       Male candidates only (as specified)

·       Age between 28 and 40 years

·       Must hold a valid driving license category A

·       Good knowledge of credit recovery and customer follow-up

·       Ability to work under pressure and handle field recovery duties

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

·       Recovery Officers: 2 positions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

1.     Following up motorcycle credit repayments

2.     Recovering motorcycles from customers who fail to pay

3.     Reminding customers about outstanding balances

4.     Ensuring customers pay motorcycle taxes on time

5.     Conducting field recovery activities when necessary

6.     Performing other related duties assigned by management
