·       Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines.

·       Master's Degree, MBA, or professional certifications will be an added advantage for applicable positions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the position, successful candidates will be responsible for:

·       Leading cybersecurity, information security, and fraud prevention initiatives.

·       Managing project portfolios, governance frameworks, and strategic technology programs.

·       Driving AI, machine learning, DevOps, automation, and MLOps initiatives.

·       Ensuring operational excellence and availability of mobile money and fintech platforms.

·       Managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and data platforms.

·       Designing secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

·       Conducting business analysis, requirements engineering, and architecture governance.

·       Supporting and maintaining mission-critical enterprise applications.

·       Leading software development, API integration, digital platform delivery, and Agile engineering practices.

·       Managing technology teams, vendors, stakeholders, and regulatory compliance requirements.

·       Preparing regular operational, security, architecture, and performance reports for leadership.
