DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Spa Attendant

·       Provide professional spa services and excellent customer care

·       Manage guest consultations, bookings, and feedback

·       Maintain cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance

·       Promote spa services and maximize sales opportunities

HR Officer / Learning & Development Officer

·       Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development

·       Develop and implement HR policies and training programs

·       Handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance

·       Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Commis Chef

·       Prepare ingredients and cook meals following recipes and standards

·       Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

·       Assist in food preparation, plating, and kitchen operations

·       Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
