ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (GENERAL)

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements (varies slightly per role):

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Banking, or related field

Master’s degree is an added advantage

Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., risk, banking, credit, compliance certifications) where applicable

Minimum 4–10 years of experience depending on the role

Strong background in banking operations, credit, sales, risk management, or relationship management

Proven leadership and team management experience for senior roles

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including BNR guidelines, AML, KYC, and CFT requirements

AVAILABLE POSITIONS (SUMMARY REQUIREMENTS)

Senior Manager – Operational Risk

·       5+ years in risk, audit, compliance, or operational risk

·       Expertise in ORM frameworks, RCSA, KRIs, and internal controls

·       Strong reporting and governance experience

Manager – Retail Credit Monitoring

·       Experience in credit monitoring, portfolio management, or lending

·       Strong analytical skills in credit risk trends and PAR/NPL management

·       Ability to support recovery and credit policy compliance

Manager – Diaspora Banking

·       4+ years in banking, credit analysis, or customer relationship management

·       Experience in sales, international client acquisition, and portfolio growth

·       Strong marketing and product development exposure

Senior Manager – Personal Banking

·       10+ years in banking leadership, sales, and relationship management

·       Strong experience in portfolio growth (loans, deposits, cards, digital banking)

·       Proven ability to lead large teams and drive business performance

Branch Manager

·       10+ years in banking operations, credit lending, and branch leadership

·       Strong operational risk and sales management experience

·       Ability to drive branch profitability and customer experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (GENERAL OVERVIEW)

Across all roles, successful candidates will:

·       Drive business growth and profitability in their respective units

·       Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

·       Strengthen risk management, credit quality, and operational controls

·       Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

·       Improve customer experience and service delivery standards

·       Prepare and present management reports and performance analysis

·       Support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives

·       Identify and mitigate operational, credit, and market risks
