ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants should meet the qualifications relevant to their preferred position, including:

Kitchen and Laundry Technician

·       High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

·       Vocational or technical training in maintenance or engineering.

·       At least 2 years of hotel engineering or maintenance experience.

·       Extensive experience in general maintenance, electrical systems, refrigeration, painting, and parts inventory.

·       Valid driver's license.

·       Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification.

·       Must meet applicable certification and licensing requirements.

F&B Service Expert (Houseman)

·       High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

·       Less than one year of related work experience.

·       No supervisory experience required.

·       No license or certification required.

Finance Manager

·       Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with no experience required; or

·       Two-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least two years of relevant professional experience.

·       Strong accounting, financial reporting, analytical, and organizational skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Kitchen and Laundry Technician

·       Respond to maintenance and repair requests throughout the hotel.

·       Perform preventive maintenance on engineering equipment.

·       Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.

·       Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of building equipment.

·       Maintain engineering inventory and requisition spare parts.

·       Operate maintenance software and engineering systems.

·       Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.

·       Mentor junior engineering staff when required.

·       Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate engineering updates.

F&B Service Expert (Houseman)

·       Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests.

·       Prepare and arrange dining areas before and after service.

·       Support food and beverage operations while maintaining cleanliness.

·       Assist guests professionally throughout their dining experience.

·       Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.

·       Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Finance Manager

·       Support daily finance and accounting operations.

·       Prepare financial reports and reconcile general ledger accounts.

·       Coordinate accounting projects and internal audits.

·       Monitor budgets, taxes, financial controls, and compliance.

·       Maintain accurate financial records and accounting procedures.

·       Analyze financial data and prepare management reports.

·       Support staff training and mentor finance team members.

·       Ensure timely completion of accounting periods and reporting requirements.

·       Assist management in financial planning and decision-making.
