Through this partnership with Chancen International, UTAB is offering an Income Share Agreement (ISA) model that enables students to access higher education without immediate financial burden while ensuring sustainable repayment after employment.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must:

·       Meet UTAB admission requirements

·       Comply with the Income Share Agreement (ISA) eligibility conditions set by Chancen International

·       Have completed secondary education with at least 50% marks or two principal passes (for those who completed before 2024)

·       Possess a valid National Identity Card

·       Be willing to attend a mandatory ISA orientation workshop with guardians before the start of classes

AVAILABLE PROGRAMS

The financial support applies to undergraduate programs offered at UTAB Byumba Campus (Day Program), including:

·       Bachelor of Science with Honours in Animal Production

·       Bachelor of Science with Honours in Crop Production

·       Bachelor of Science with Honours in Forestry and Natural Resources Management

·       Bachelor of Science with Honours in Renewable Energy

·       Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Social Work

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Applicants must submit:

·       A notarized copy of the Secondary Education Certificate (minimum 50% or two principal passes for pre-2024 candidates)

·       A copy of the National Identity Card

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Applicants are required to submit their applications online through the UTAB Management Information System (UMIS):

All applications must be completed and submitted through the online portal before the deadline.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

·       Admission to UTAB does not automatically guarantee financial support

·       All applicants must meet both UTAB admission and ISA eligibility requirements

·       Selected candidates will be required to attend a compulsory ISA workshop together with their guardians prior to the commencement of studies

·       The program is implemented in partnership with Chancen International under the Income Share Agreement model

APPLICATION DEADLINE

All applications must be submitted not later than 19th July 2026.
