Applications are now open for the 6-Month Vocational Training Scholarship at Jabana Parental VTC. Young people who want to gain practical skills, improve their employability, and build a successful career are encouraged to apply before the deadline.

This opportunity is offered by Jabana Parental VTC in partnership with Chancen International through the Income Share Agreement (ISA) model. The training is accredited by the Rwanda TVET Board (RTB), and successful graduates will receive a nationally recognized Certificate of Competence (CoC)

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS

Successful applicants will receive:

·       Fully funded vocational training through the Income Share Agreement (ISA) model.

·       Practical, hands-on training from qualified instructors.

·       An RTB-accredited Certificate of Competence (CoC) upon successful completion.

·       Industry-relevant skills that improve employment and self-employment opportunities.

·       A training period of 6 months.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must:

·       Be at least 18 years old.

·       Have completed secondary school.

·       Be available to attend the full 6-month training program.

·       Be committed to completing the course successfully.

·       Demonstrate good discipline and willingness to learn.

·       Have valid health insurance (Mutuelle de Santé) or another recognized medical insurance.

·       Meet the admission requirements of Jabana Parental VTC.

AVAILABLE PROGRAMS

Applicants may choose from the following vocational training programs:

·       Automobile Mechanics  (Ubukanishi bw'Imodoka)

·       Welding and Metal Fabrication (Ubusuderi)

·       Electrical Installation (Amashanyarazi)

·       Leather Processing and Shoe Making (Gutunganya Ibikomoka ku Mpu – Gukora Inkweto)

·       Tailoring and Garment Making (Ubudozi)

·       Beauty Therapy and Hairdressing (Ubwiza no Gutunganya Imisatsi)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Applicants should prepare the following documents:

·       Photocopy of a National ID.

·       Photocopy of the highest academic certificate or diploma obtained.

·       Photocopy of a valid health insurance card (Mutuelle de Santé) or another recognized medical insurance document.
