SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS :
This scholarship opportunity provides great financial support for students for this May intake:

1. 100% Deferred Payment for Rwandan Applicants: Rwandan students can study without paying any fees upfront. Instead, they will start paying back after graduation and once they have secured a job. This is done through the Income Share Agreement (ISA) - Chancen, which allows students to focus on their studies without financial stress.

2. Scholarships for Refugees and People with Disabilities: Eligible refugees living in Rwanda and individuals with disabilities can receive full scholarships. This support ensures that everyone has a chance to pursue higher education regardless of their financial situation.

This opportunity helps students achieve their dreams without worrying about money during their studies.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
To apply for this scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have at least two principal passes in the National Examination in the main subjects (for Rwandan students) or the equivalent for international students.
• Provide secondary/high school result slips for the last three years (S4, S5, and S6) with an average of 60% or above.
• Show a strong interest in business studies or management.
• Have strong English skills.
• Show leadership skills.
• Scholarships are available for eligible refugees in Rwanda and people with disabilities.

AVAILABLE PROGRAMS:
The scholarship opportunity for the May intake 2025 offers two exciting programs for students to pursue:

1. Bachelor of Arts in Management:
This program helps students learn how to manage and direct the operations of an organization. It prepares them for leadership roles in various industries. Students can choose from special areas of focus, such as Insurance Services, Logistics & Operations, and Public Administration.

2. Bachelor of Arts in Communications:
This program focuses on building strong communication skills, which are important for people-oriented professionals. It is designed based on what experts in the workforce and industries say are essential communication skills. Students can choose from two special areas: Business and Healthcare.

Both programs provide great opportunities for students to grow in their careers and make a positive impact in their fields.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
For the scholarship opportunity for the May intake 2025, here are the required documents:

• National ID or Passport: You will need to provide either your National ID (if you are from the same country as the university) or your Passport (if you are an international student). This helps confirm your identity.

• Secondary School Reports (S4, S5, and S6): You need to submit your school reports from Secondary Four (S4), Secondary Five (S5), and Secondary Six (S6), showing your academic performance during these years.

• Secondary/High School Certificate or National Exam Result Slip: This document proves that you completed secondary school. If you are an international student, you should provide an equivalent certificate or exam result from your country.

• Police Clearance Letter (for international students only): If you are an international student, you need to submit a police clearance letter. This is a document that confirms you have no criminal record.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:

1. Online Application:
To apply for the scholarship, you need to fill out the online application form. You can find the application link at the bottom of this page. Simply click on it, complete the required details, and submit your application.

2. Admission Test:
After you submit your application, you will be selected for the admission test if you meet the requirements. Students from Rwanda will take the test at the Kepler Campus, while international applicants who are not in Rwanda will complete the test online. The admission test will be conducted after the online applications are reviewed.

ADDITIONAL INFORAMTION:
• For the upcoming intake, the annual tuition fee is 1,650 USD (paid in its equivalence in Rwandan francs) for Rwandan applicants, and 3,200 USD for international applicants. This tuition covers access to modules, graduation and diploma fees, all Kepler College academic support, internet access, student support services including nurse and counselor, events, etc.

• Rwandan applicants may select a 100% deferred payment (choose to pay with an interest after graduation and securing a jobs)

• International applicants can only pay upfront

• In addition, all applicants who are accepted and choose to enroll at Kepler College will be required to pay 40USD (paid in its equivalence in Rwf) annual registration fee to secure their spot.
