ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants should meet the following requirements depending on the position:

Human Resources Officer

·       Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·       Minimum of three (3) years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

·       Good knowledge of Rwanda Labour Law and HR best practices.

·       Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

·       High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bartender

·       Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.

·       Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a bartender in a reputable hotel or restaurant.

·       Knowledge of preparing standard cocktails and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

·       Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·       Professional appearance and positive attitude.

·       Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

 

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

  • Human Resources Officer – 1 Position
  • Bartender – 1 Position 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources Officer

·       Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes.

·       Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

·       Administer payroll inputs, leave management, attendance, and employee benefits.

·       Ensure compliance with Rwanda Labour Law and hotel HR policies.

·       Coordinate staff training and performance management activities.

·       Handle employee relations professionally and confidentially.

·       Prepare HR reports and support workforce planning.

Bartender

·       Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with four-star hotel standards.

·       Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive guest relations.

·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

·       Monitor beverage stock levels and report replenishment needs.

·       Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.

·       Process guest orders accurately and efficiently.

·       Support promotional activities and upselling initiatives.
