DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Custody Operations Officer

· Process securities and cash account openings.

· Execute custody transactions and settlements.

· Perform reconciliations of securities and cash balances.

· Support corporate actions and registrar services.

· Prepare client statements and portfolio reports.

· Maintain custody records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Senior Credit Analyst

· Monitor the retail credit portfolio and identify potential risks.

· Improve asset quality and loan performance.

· Support loan recovery initiatives.

· Prepare portfolio performance reports.

· Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory guidelines.

· Coach credit monitoring teams on best practices.

Digital Channels & Middleware Support Engineer

· Provide technical support for digital banking platforms and middleware.

· Monitor the availability and performance of digital channels.

· Test and deploy new systems and software updates.

· Support users and resolve technical issues.

· Enhance digital banking solutions and integrations.

· Ensure compliance with IT security standards and service level agreements.

Legal Officer, Litigation

· Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters involving the bank.

· Provide legal advice to business units and branch networks.

· Coordinate with external legal counsel.

· Represent the bank's interests during legal proceedings.

· Promote legal awareness and minimize legal risks.

IT Network Engineer

· Implement and maintain the bank's network infrastructure.

· Monitor network performance and resolve technical issues.

· Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related systems.

· Support branch connectivity and network security.

· Maintain network documentation and disaster recovery procedures.

· Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure projects.
