ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

·       Minimum Secondary School (A2) Diploma.

·       Diploma in Culinary Arts with specialization in Bakery, Pastry, or a related culinary field (where applicable).

·       At least 2 years of relevant professional working experience in a reputable organization (for Bakery Cook and Pastry Cook positions).

·       Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

·       Ability to accurately follow standardized recipes and portion ingredients.

·       Strong communication and teamwork skills.

·       High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·       Innovative, creative, and able to work under pressure.

·       Physically fit and willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

·       Ability to stand for extended periods during production.
