ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants should:

·       Meet the academic qualifications and professional experience required for the respective position.

·       Possess strong analytical, financial, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·       Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

·       Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and relevant technical tools.

·       Fluency in English is required, while French is an added advantage for some positions.

·       Senior Fund Management Specialist (1 Position)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the position, successful candidates will:

·       Support investment fund design, fundraising, and investor engagement.

·       Conduct investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.

·       Build and manage investment pipelines across green economy sectors.

·       Mobilize resources and develop funding proposals for climate finance initiatives.

·       Monitor financial performance, portfolio risks, and compliance.

·       Develop innovative climate finance solutions and funding mechanisms.

·       Prepare financial reports, investment recommendations, and strategic analyses.

·       Engage stakeholders, development partners, investors, and government institutions.
