SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS:
The scholarship provides comprehensive financial support, covering the following expenses:

• Visa Application Fees: All costs associated with visa processing.
• English Language Proficiency Tests: Fees for required language assessments.

• International Travel: Round-trip airfare to and from Kigali, Rwanda.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
To apply, you must meet the following requirements:

• Academic Qualification: You must qualify for admission to your chosen degree program, including meeting the English language requirements.
• African Citizenship: You must be a citizen of an African country with a commitment to ethical leadership and active community involvement.
• Age Requirement: You must be between 18 and 33 years old by the application deadline.
• Leadership and Service: You should have a proven history of leadership and community service.
• Academic Excellence and Financial Need: You must demonstrate strong academic performance and have goals that go beyond your financial means.
• Undergraduate Degree: You must have completed your undergraduate degree by July 2025.
• Graduate Studies: You must not have started or completed any other graduate or master's degree before August 2025.
• Location Requirement: You must be able to live in Kigali, Rwanda, for the full duration of the program.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

1. Valid Passport (Optional): A copy of your current passport, if available.
2. Highest Level Certificates: Copies of your certificates from the highest level of education you have completed.
3. Personal Statement: A brief written statement describing your goals and reasons for applying.
4. Academic Transcripts (Translated into English): Official records of your academic performance, translated into English.
5. Resume (CV): A current resume or curriculum vitae outlining your work experience, skills, and achievements.
6. Letter of Recommendation: A reference letter from someone who can speak to your character and qualifications.
7. Proof of English Proficiency (Optional): A certificate or test result showing your level of English, if available.
