·       Finance Officer – Cargo Revenue (1 Position)

·       Finance Officer – Receivables (1 Position)

·       Finance Officer – Flown Revenue (1 Position)

·       Head of Airside Operations (1 Position)

·       Head of Outstation Operations (1 Position)

Location: Kigali International Airport, Rwanda
 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants should meet the qualifications relevant to the position they are applying for.

Finance Officer Positions

Candidates should possess:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are an added advantage.

·       Relevant experience in finance, revenue accounting, airline finance, logistics, or transportation.

·       Strong analytical, reconciliation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

·       Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Knowledge of airline revenue accounting and IATA standards is an added advantage.

Head of Airside Operations

Applicants should have:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Business, or a related discipline.

·       At least 10 years of aviation or ground handling experience.

·       Minimum 5 years managing multi-station or network airline operations.

·       Strong leadership, strategic planning, safety management, and commercial negotiation skills.

·       Extensive knowledge of ICAO, IOSA, ISAGO, IATA, and aviation regulatory frameworks.

Head of Outstation Operations

Applicants should possess:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Business, or a related field.

·       At least 10 years of aviation or ground operations experience.

·       Minimum 5 years leading international or multi-station airline operations.

·       Proven experience in contract negotiations, airline operations management, and customer service excellence.

·       Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and operational planning skills. 
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Successful candidates will be responsible for duties depending on their respective positions, including:

·       Managing airline revenue accounting and financial reporting.

·       Reconciling cargo and passenger revenue transactions.

·       Monitoring billing, receivables, and revenue collection.

·       Preparing financial analyses and management reports.

·       Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

·       Leading airline ground operations and airside activities.

·       Managing outstation operations across international destinations.

·       Coordinating operational safety, customer service, and regulatory compliance.

·       Developing operational strategies and improving airline performance.

·       Supporting organizational growth through continuous process improvements.
