ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants should meet the following requirements depending on the position:

·       Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, Network & Communication Systems, Business Information Communication & Technology, Electronic & Telecommunication, or other related fields.

·       Possess the required professional experience

o   Professional in Charge of E-Payment & Data Validation: Minimum 2 years of database administration experience.

o   Principal Technical Officer – Web Application Services & Performance Tuning: Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience and evidence of at least one live production application.

o   Principal Technical Officer – Application Development: Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience and evidence of at least one live production application.

·       Professional certifications such as Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Java, Oracle WebLogic, or Apache Tomcat are considered an added advantage where applicable.

·       Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Successful candidates will be responsible for duties including:

·       Developing, maintaining, and optimizing software applications.

·       Managing database integrity and implementing data validation processes.

·       Analyzing and resolving data quality issues.

·       Installing, configuring, monitoring, and tuning web application servers.

·       Troubleshooting system performance bottlenecks.

·       Collaborating with developers, database administrators, business analysts, and other IT teams.

·       Integrating third-party software and system components.

·       Producing technical documentation and reports.

·       Supporting application upgrades, maintenance, and continuous system improvements.
