One Acre Fund is recruiting a Rwanda Contracts Procurement Coordinator to support procurement and contracting activities in Rwanda. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

·       2–3 years of relevant experience in contract management, procurement sourcing, and end-to-end tendering.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Proven ability to manage supplier performance and negotiate agreements to achieve cost savings.

·       Strong skills in data analysis, spend tracking, and sourcing process optimization.

·       Strong relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

·       Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Rwanda.

·       Ability to work in Kigali, Rwanda.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Lead end-to-end tendering and contract execution for high-value goods and services.

·       Develop strategic procurement targets and price baselines.

·       Optimize sourcing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

·       Analyze annual spending and establish tender calendars.

·       Conduct market research to increase competition and contract effectiveness.

·       Manage contract lifecycles and Long-Term Agreements (LTAs).

·       Track price tolerances and manage contract changes.

·       Analyze market risks and report cost savings.

·       Conduct vendor evaluations and supplier performance meetings.

·       Develop supplier performance improvement plans.

·       Act as the key link between external suppliers and One Acre Fund teams.

·       Support internal procurement needs.
