Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course Ltd is recruiting qualified and experienced candidates for three positions at Kigali Golf Resort & Villas. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates must meet the requirements for their respective position:

·       Fitness Coach: Diploma (A1) or Bachelor’s degree in Sports, Physical Education, Fitness Training, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

·       F&B Cashier: Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of cashier experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or luxury restaurant.

·       Health Club Receptionist: Diploma (A1) or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Customer Service, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

·       Candidates must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Kinyarwanda is required for the Health Club Receptionist position.

·       English and French are an added advantage for the receptionist position.

·       Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fitness Coach

·       Assess members’ fitness levels and goals.

·       Design personalized exercise programmes.

·       Conduct individual training sessions.

·       Monitor members’ progress and adjust programmes.

·       Provide basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

·       Lead group fitness classes.

·       Ensure fitness equipment is safe and well maintained.

F&B Cashier

·       Process guest bills and payments.

·       Operate the MICROS POS system.

·       Handle cash, cards, membership accounts, and other payments.

·       Issue receipts and maintain accurate records.

·       Prepare daily cashier reports and cash summaries.

·       Reconcile transactions and report discrepancies.

·       Provide professional customer service.

Health Club Receptionist

·       Welcome members and guests.

·       Handle calls, emails, bookings, and inquiries.

·       Resolve customer complaints professionally.

·       Manage membership and booking information.

·       Process payments and issue invoices when required.

·       Promote memberships and health club services.

·       Monitor inventory and attendance.

·       Support the Health Club Manager with administrative duties.
