ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To apply for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a citizen of an IsDB member country (See full list below in the Additional information section)
• Have a strong academic record
• Meet the admission requirements of a Turkish university
• Be committed to returning to their home country after graduation to contribute to its development
• For Bachelor’s degree applicants: Must have completed high school with good grades
• For Master’s and PhD applicants: Must hold a relevant degree in a related field

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Applicants need to submit the following documents:

• Valid passport or national ID
• Recent passport-size photo
• Academic transcripts and certificates
• Letter of Intent or Motivation Letter
• Recommendation letters (if required)
• Proof of language proficiency (if applicable)
• Research proposal (for PhD applicants)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Applications can be submitted in eight languages: Turkish, Arabic, English, French, Russian, Bosnian, Persian, and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s and Associate degree scholarships are interest-free loans (Qard-Hasan), which need to be repaid after graduation through the IsDB Education Trust (IET) in the applicant’s home country.
• Selected candidates must commit to contributing to the development of their home country after completing their studies.
