ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a Rwandan citizen.
• Be 35 years old or younger.
• Hold a high school certificate (A2) in Teacher Training College/Normal Primaire or a diploma (A1) in Education (or equivalent for those with foreign qualifications).
• Have at least three (3) years of work experience in teaching.
• Have no suspension record exceeding three months.

Applicants must submit the following documents:

• A copy of their high school certificate (A2) or diploma (A1) from an accredited institution.
• Academic transcript or result slip (if grades are not indicated on the certificate).
• A copy of their appointment letter.
• The original performance evaluation report for the academic year 2023-2024 (first and last page), signed by the district.
