ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• Be a recent high school graduate living in Africa
• Have a strong commitment to learning and personal development
• Meet the ALX Foundations program application criteria
• Be able to participate in both online and in-person sessions (depending on location)
• complete the ALX Pathway training program
AVAILABLE PROGRAMS:
After completing the ALX Pathway Foundations, students can apply to degree programs offered by ALX's partner universities in fields such as:
• Computer Science
• Business and Entrepreneurship
• Engineerings
• Health Sciences
• Leadership and Innovation

• International Development
• And more, depending on each partner university's offerings.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
• High school certificate or transcript
• National ID or passport
• Personal statement or motivation letter
• Any relevant certificates or awards (optional but recommended)
APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
1. Visit the application link at the bottom and sign up for the ALX Pathway program. Follow these steps here to apply
2. Complete the onboarding and Karibu welcoming process.
3. Start and finish the ALX Foundations program (8 months of training).
4. Receive a Certificate of Completion upon finishing the program.
5. Apply to ALX’s partner universities with dedicated guidance.

1. For Masters Scholarship Qualification
• Maximum age of 30 years for male and 35 years for female applicants
• Undergraduate degree from a recognized university, with at least a second-class upper division or its equivalent, in a relevant field
• Certified copies of relevant certificates, and transcripts (from university and high school)
• Passport or National I.D. card (personal details page)
• Clear colored passport-size photograph (2 cm x 2 cm)
• Detail CV
• Recommendation letter from ONE of his/her former University lecturers
• Names of 3 Reference University lecturers (with email address and WhatsApp number) (*Mandatory)
2. For PhD Scholarships Qualification
• Maximum age of 35 years for male and 40 years for female applicants
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field from PAU or any internationally recognized university
• Certified copies of relevant certificates, transcripts
• Passport or National I.D. card (personal details page)
• Clear colored passport size photograph (2cmx2cm)
• Detail CV
• Recommendation letters from 2 Professors
• A 3 to 4-page Research Concept Note (tentative title, research questions, objectives, the significance of the research, etc…)
• Names of 3 Reference University Teachers (with email address and WhatsApp number);(Mandatory)
